14 hotspots identified across Ernakulam by the attack of stray dogs in Kerala.
Ernakulam district authority has decided to make the committees. They make micro plans in local self-government institutions. Authorities give permission to strict action against pet owners without licenses. Also, ensure that vaccinations are given regularly. These actions take after the rise of stray dog attacks.
These important issues discussed during the meeting of district panchayat president Ullas Thomas. And district collector Dr. Renu Raj.
The aim is to vaccinate all pet dogs at the end of this month. The vaccination camps will organized from 20 September to October 20. The vaccination started when the cases of stray dogs is high.
